Ashley Love | Founder of Women Who RISE
Ashley Love is a communications and leadership professional, certified Life Coach, and the founder of Women Who RISE (WWR)—a community created to inspire women to embrace who they are, pursue personal growth, build meaningful connections, and confidently exceed their own expectations.
With a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, a Master's degree in Leadership, and a Life Coach Certification, Ashley brings together her passion for leadership, personal development, communication, and community building.
Professionally, Ashley serves as Chief of Staff for Communications at DIRECTV, where she develops and delivers communications for Field Service employees, leads culture initiatives, and contributes to initiatives focused on the professional growth of leaders.
But Women Who RISE was born from something much more personal. For years, Ashley dreamed of creating a women's community but never quite knew where to begin. The idea would come and go, year after year, until she reached a point in her own life where she felt stagnant and questioned whether she was truly growing or living with purpose.
During that season, Ashley was challenged by an incredible woman she worked with who pushed her beyond what she thought she was capable of. At the same time, Ashley was immersing herself in personal growth, leadership books, motivational podcasts, and conversations that challenged her to become a better version of herself.
She began realizing that the growth she was experiencing wasn't meant to stop with her—it was meant to be shared.
Then came a ladies' trip that changed her perspective. What started as an opportunity to unwind became something much more meaningful: honest conversations, connection, encouragement, vulnerability, and women simply showing up as themselves.
Ashley knew then that it was time to finally create the community she'd been thinking about for years. She started with a small group of 10–12 women and created six intentional experiences centered around connection, support, and growth—from Your Growth Is Like a Flower and Living Authentically to Your Vision, Tackle Excuses, Self-Love, and Comfortable Being Uncomfortable.
After a year of experiences and continued support between sessions, Ashley realized this was bigger than a series of gatherings. It was a community. And Women Who RISE was born.
RISE stands for Realizing I'm Strong to Exceed.
Ashley believes women are powerful, capable, resilient, and worthy of pursuing lives that feel meaningful and authentic. Women Who RISE exists to remind women that growth doesn't require having everything figured out—it requires the courage to keep showing up, challenging yourself, connecting with others, and becoming the woman you're capable of being.
Because the goal isn't simply to live a successful life. It's to live a life you don't regret.
Her hope for Women Who RISE is simple: to create a community where women feel supported, challenged, connected, and empowered to RISE in every area of their lives.
